はじめに/Introduction

世界では至る所で差別が起こっています。その内容はLGBTQや紛争や貧困、教育格差や雇用状況の未整備など多岐にわたります。近年世界では「BLACK LIVES MATTER」や「ヘイトスピーチ」をはじめとする「#（ハッシュタグ）」を用いてSNSなどで拡散され、世界中で問題になっています。今回はアジア・ヨーロッパ・アメリカの3つの地域に分割して、多角的、批判的、国際的な視点で分析を行い展示します。本展示を通して皆さんの「世界の差別」について考えるきっかけになれと幸いです。

Discrimination occurs everywhere in the world. This includes LGBTQ, conflict, poverty, educational inequalities and underdeveloped employment situations. In recent years, the world has seen the spread of ‘BLACK LIVES MATTER’ and ‘hate speech’ using ‘# (hashtag)’ on social networking sites and other media, which has become a worldwide problem. This time, the exhibition is divided into three regions―Asia, Europe and the USA―and analyzed and exhibited from a multifaceted, critical and international perspective. We hope that this exhibition will encourage you to think about the “World discrimination.”

松岡ゼミについて/About Us

松岡美里准教授のグローバル・スタディーズ演習では世界中で起きている様々な情勢について、クリティカル・シンキング（批判的思考）を用いながら授業内で議論をし合っています。昨年度の外国語学部にて行われた全員留学によって、私達の世界情勢に対する関心が以前よりも高かまっています。その中で今期は「世界の差別（World discrimination）」に焦点を当てて議論をしています。劇的に変化する国際関係において、教育・LGBTQ・貧困・雇用による所得・経済格差や差別に焦点を起き、研究を行いました。今回の研究成果を踏まえて、皆さんも世界の差別（World discrimination）を知っていただけたら幸いです。

In Professor Misato Matsuoka’s Global Studies Seminar, students discuss various situations happening around the world in class, using critical thinking. Our interest in world aff airs has grown since last year’s study abroad program at the Faculty of Foreign Languages. This term, our discussions focus on “world discrimination.” In the dramatically changing international relations, we have focused on education, LGBTQ, poverty, income and economic disparities and discrimination due to employment, and conducted research. Based on the results of this research, we hope that you too will become familiar with World discrimination.
